Sharps Safety Device

Sharps safety device is a rigid box made of plastic opened from the middle. There are 5 kinds of product variants, 40 grids, 30 grids, 20 grids, 10 grids with red top and 10 grids with clear top. For the types of 40, 30, 20 and 10 grids with red top, there are two stickers affix on outside the box sides, one for each side, for positioning during surgery. Inside the box, the left side contains a white foam pad with grids and numbers printing. The right side contains a fixed magnetic pad and a wedge lug. Surgeons sew the needle on the foam pad by numbering order and can read the number of used needle according to the printing. After using blades, surgeons place the scalpel on the wedge and detach the blade from the hilt. Blades will be attracted on the magnetic pad and fixed due to magnetic force. For the type of 10 grids with clear top, there is a fixed magnetic pad on the right hand side inside the box. A sticker is affixed outside the bottom of box. Sharps safety device is a disposable one and packed in single package with sterile supplied.
